**Indian Army Receives Apache Helicopters, Ready for In-Flight Chai Service and Thunderous WhatsApp Forwards**

In a move that has left both its rivals and aviation enthusiasts mildly shaken (and a bit stirred), the Indian Army has received its first batch of Apache helicopters from the US, officials confirmed, shortly before updating their WhatsApp statuses with “Feeling blessed.” The Apache, best known for its ability to turn any ground target into instant tandoori, is reportedly being fitted with “compulsory steel cups for pilot chai breaks” and a special compartment to store home-cooked parathas.

Defense spokesperson Colonel Samosawala shared, “Now with Apaches, we can totally dominate the sky while live-streaming ‘Jai Ho’ playlists on the inbuilt speakers. Enemies will surrender just hearing our musical airpower.”

The handover ceremony included much fanfare, with the Indian Army performing a synchronized Bhangra routine, after which the American officials reluctantly admitted that the helicopters “would probably have to be de-bhangra’d before next delivery.”

Experts argue that the acquisition of these flying machines will change the nature of combat, mostly by allowing Indian pilots to hover over border outposts and drop ration packets and ‘Swag Se Swagat’ remixes from a great height. Rumors suggest the next upgrade being considered by the Army is “missile-guided samosas,” but at press time, the Agra Samosa Vendor’s Association had filed an urgent petition.

An unnamed official revealed, “We’re customizing the Apaches with a horn that plays ‘Saare Jahaan Se Achha’ and a backup generator powered by leftover wedding gulab jamuns. That’s true Indian jugaad.”

When asked for a comment on their side of the deal, the US military spokesman reportedly replied, “We’re just happy you’re not making us trade for TikTok dance tutorials anymore.”

With this high-flying addition, India’s defense not only soars to new heights but also promises to keep the mid-air tea warm, the WhatsApp forwards on point, and the bhangra very much airborne.
